Visionary: By building a state of the art vinegar facility in a country where vinegar usage is traditionally low. We only need to look back to where products like olive oil, coffee, wine, olives and cheese were 20 years ago to know what the future for vinegar could be.
Responsive: By understanding that our amateur and professional users have different needs we package our products in kitchen friendly plastic bottles for professional use and in attractive glass bottles for retail sale. We also make a range of sweet, dry, red, white and fruit vinegars that gives the chefs the tools they need to create their own dishes.
Skilled: Our in-house skills include formal, tertiary qualifications in Science, Winemaking, business management and accounting. We also have formal vinegar making qualifications from gained in Europe as part of a vinegar making scholarship.
Resourced: LíráH operates from a brand new, state of the art vinegar making facility purpose built for high quality vinegar making. The facility allows us to employ both ultra modern and highly traditional vinegar making methods in the same facility.
