We make a range of Vinegar and Verjus as well as our unique "Winter Harvest Nebbiolo" Wine. Our Vinegars and all Varietal and each one is a unique style.  Lirah makes both Sweet and Dry styles of vinegar as well as two styles of Verjus.

For our Chefs: All our products are available in 1L kitchen friendly PET bottles.
For our home chefs, we make a 375mL glass bottles of all our products.

Its Apple Harvest Season so this month we are featuring Sweet Apple Cider Vinegar.  Made from Pink Lady apples and concentrated sweet apple juice. It is barrel aged in American Oak barrels.  This is a very rare style of vinegar that draws it ancestery from the Styrian region of Austria.
