Harvested in Late June 2005 after 16 weeks of naked vine drying due to a unique vineyard location that allows the fruit to mature, yet not rot, in the cold dry winter of the Granite Belt.
Product Specifications
15.5% Alcohol with almost no residual sweetness.
Packaging
Available in a case of 6 x 750mL bottles. Cork sealed for extended, 20+year aging if desired.
In 2005 only 410 bottles oif this rare and unique wine were made from a total of 1.2 hectres of Nebbiolo vines.
