Available in 375mL glass retail bottle and 1L PET plastic foodservice bottle.
Usage Suggestions
A sweeter style vinegar yet very versatile. Pour on onions when carmalising, on fresh oysters, marinate baby octopus before grilling. When used as a deglasing agent it leaves a sticky, sweet glaze.
