Product Specifications
Barrel aged in small ex-wine barrels. Bright red with purple hues. Fruit and berry aromas with a disctinct "Australian" oak aroma. 6% acidity.
Packaging
375mL glass and 1L PET bottles. Also in 5L PET and 20L PET bottles.
Usage Suggestions
Classic dressing: 3 parts Olive oil 1 part Shiraz Vinegar + garlic + salt for simple Italian dressing. Also use for deglazing roasting pans and marinating octopus.
